We CREATE our own lives. I mean this literally! So much more is ENERGY than I ever
could have imagined before! |

Seriously, our thoughts, ideas, habits, patterns, prayers, affirmations, responses,
things we surround ourselves with… they ALL create the reality of what our lives
are — and our health! |
|
|
|
|
Every day, I’m talking with the angels.Some days, they're just reminding me to be
in my heart space, to let go of stresses, and connect with everything around me.
On other days, if I Ihave a little more time, I might have questions, and we'll
have longer conversation, mostly in the form of my receiving answers to my questions. |
|
|
|
|
So pretty much every day, I have the wonderment of being constantly aware of their
presence, receiving guidance, asking questions,
and receiving answers and explanations…
|
|
|
|
|
Every day, the angels help me to become more aware of how we have all created our
own patterns, and how we “hold” energies that we may be totally unaware of, energies
that may be restricting the flow of good things in our lives that we’re asking for.
|
|
|
|
|
We also bring much along into our lives with us — the karma we’ve accumulated before
we came into the earth plane.
|
|
|
|
|
And needless to say, the events in our lives, and our responses to those events,
also tremendously influence our energy patterns and thus our lives.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Health issues are a big concern for many people, and it's usually for health reasons
that people decide to start coming for healing sessions. |
|
|
I cannot emphasize enough that our health issues begin in our energy field long
before they ever show up in our bodies! I firmly believe that so many of our health
issues are totally preventable, just by having regular energy "tuneups"!!! |
|
|
|
|
|
I'll talk more about health below, but I wanted to begin with something more generic
that pretty much everyone can relate to, so... |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Let’s go through an example here. Let’s take abundance:
|
|
|
|
|
We may be affirming abundance in our lives. The Creator wants for us all to have
abundance! Yet, we may have gone through experiences that have caused us to “tie
up” energy related to abundance, or we may hold certain beliefs, at a conscious
or subconscious level. For example… |
|
|
|
|
|
● |
We may have grown up poor. We may always have been poor… |
|
|
● |
We may have lost a job somewhere along the way, and ended up going into debt… |
|
|
● |
It may seem like there’s never enough money to pay the bills… |
|
|
● |
We may have come into this life with a “contract” whereby our soul made a choice
for this life to be limited in abundance…
|
|
|
● |
We may have taken vows of poverty in other lives (e.g., as part of a religious order)… |
|
|
● |
We almost ALWAYS have lots of energy tied up around abundance from experiences
in previous lives… |
|
|
● |
We may feel uncomfortable with the thought of actually having abundance (yes, even though
we’re asking for it)… |
|
|
● |
We may be writing our checks, paying our bills, and buying our groceries in the
energy of worry or thoughts of "not enough", thereby adding "stress energy" around
the transactions (and yes, affecting our abundance!) |
|
|
● |
There may be other thoughts and beliefs at a subconscious level that we’re not
even aware of, that are tying up our energy of abundance… |
|
|
|
|
|
So, every day, you keep affirming abundance, and it seems to be taking forever;
nothing much seems to change.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Now, let’s take that energy of abundance (or lack thereof), and move it into a healing session
with the angels. Here's what happens:
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
I might begin by putting out my hands, and the angels will show me the size of your
current abundance pattern.
|
|
|
|
|
|
If you're doing fairly well, or if the energy pattern you're carrying related to
abundance is fairly good (even if it doesn't appear to have manifested that way
yet) it will be fairly large. If you're on the verge of bankruptcy, my hands will
probably be quite close together, indicating "small". |
|
|
|
|
|
I might then start reaching out within that pattern to find where the "stresses"
are, and the angels will guide my hands to begin what they call "rearranging the
energy"! |
|
|
|
|
|
As we work, they'll often indicate where in your life's path the stresses are —
past, present, or future. And YES, we can definitely rearrange stresses or traumas
in the future! |
|
|
|
|
|
As we're clearing the energy, the angels might also guide my hands to the body,
to show me where this energy is being stored in the aura or cell tissue, and what
body parts it might be affecting. It might come up as affecting our digestion, or
maybe we're carrying patterns that have caused us to guard our money more carefully,
which may shows up in the liver. |
|
|
|
|
|
You might begin talking about some of the reasons you have concerns, e.g., mortgage
payments, investments, job worries, or whatever. Usually, the energy responds immediately
by going "deeper" into the area you're talking about; it's like supplying a "key"
or a "link" to more energy that we can then find and clear the patterns around. |
|
|
|
|
|
If we have time, we might ask to release any energy that's been tied up around things
like... receiving bills in the mail, paying bills, credit cards, handling money,
our experiences with banks, debts, loans we might have had, interest payments, investment
funds, support payments, and anything else that might be — or might ever have been
— an area of financial stress for you. |
|
|
|
|
|
More often than not, there will also be energy related to past lives that is released
as well — patterns and stresses (or contracts and other karma) that we've brought
in with us. This is true not only for abundance, but for pretty much anything we're
working with... |
|
|
|
|
|
By the time we're done, your abundance pattern will likely be both larger, and much
more smooth, meaning that many of the bumps and stresses in it are gone. Your life
can now begin to come into alignment with this new pattern. |
|
|
|
|
|
One more thing: Keep in mind that your everyday thoughts and responses related to
money and abundance will continue to create new energy in your field, so remember
to be in your heart space! |
|
|
|
|
|
During healing sessions, we go through many different types of issues, including
abundance… weight… relationships… children… specific health issues… and pretty much
ANYTHING you want to bring up! |
|
|
|
... and then there's HEALTH... |
|
|
Oh, yes, I need to mention health issues! Guess what? They are usually created
by all this energy we have tied up! So as we tie up the energy, there is less of
it flowing in our bodies. This starts to create blockages in the body. |
|
|
|
|
And, as we’re working with health issues, guess what comes up? Energy that’s tied
up in our emotions and cell tissue, from our life experiences, contracts and karma!!!
So working on health problems and working with “issues” all has the same net result:
Energy starts flowing!! This affects both our physical health and our lives! Our
health starts improving, and our lives start becoming more harmonious.

|
|
|
By the way, I usually start each session by scanning your body, during which time
the angels make me aware of any areas in your physical body where the energy is
out of balance. They give me more specific information as needed and also start
the process of clearing stuck energy and “rearranging” the energy into patterns
of health. |
|
|
|
|
I'd like to go through an example of a possible progression of illness in the physical
body: |
|
|
Take someone who starts off with sleep apnea, for example. (Okay, yes, there were
no doubt other underlying layers before we got here, but we'll keep it short...) |
|
|
|
|
|
This sleep apnea causes poor sleep, and the person wakes up tired every morning.
The person then drinks coffee and does his or her best to carry on each day. |
|
|
|
|
|
Now the adrenals are stressed, however, our bodies rely on the adrenals for energy!
(Many of
us stress our adrenals SO much with our very busy lifestyles.) |
|
|
|
|
|
Stressed adrenals can underlie SO many other patterns of illness
in the body! (Remember that Holmes and Rahe stress scale list that specifies 43 stressful life events that
can contribute to illness? E.g., death of a spouse, job change,
marriage, divorce, injury, etc.) |
|
|
|
|
|
So now the adrenals are stressed, and this ends up stressing the digestive system. |
|
|
|
|
|
Guess what? Our digestion is really important! So as our digestion is under stress,
we might begin to develop food allergies... Food allergies are often related to
our pancreas and liver not producing all the enzymes that are bodies need to digest
our food. |
|
|
|
|
|
When this happens, because food is no longer being properly broken down, the
lining of the intestines may become inflamed, allowing undigested particles to go
through into the bloodstream.
|
|
|
|
|
|
As these foreign particles circulate through our blood, they end up in the brain,
where they can cause changes in our brain chemistry. |
|
|
|
|
|
The end result? Depression and mood swings, just as one of the possibilities...
|
|
|
|
|
|
So a client may come to me, requesting to work with their depression. As you can
see, in order to allow the body to heal the depression, we'll be working with energy
in many areas, not just in the brain!
|
|
|
|
|
|
The Angels may guide me to begin with the adrenals, or the liver or other parts
of the digestive system, or there may be an area of the brain where energy blockages
are causing the sleep apnea... or any number of other places may come up as being
linked in this chain of the energy pattern that is now manifesting as depression. |
|
|
|
|
|
So I'm usually patient, and just let the angels guide me! If they are guiding me
to clear some energy in the leg, I know that they are aware of linked energy patterns
or other blockages in the flow, and I know it's important. |
|
|
|
|
We can CLEAR patterns of illness from our energy field long before they ever show up in our
bodies! |
|
|
|
|
|
Even in the earlier days of tuning into people's energy fields, I became aware that
patterns of illness can be present long before they begin to affect the physical
body!
|
|
|
|
|
|
For example, one day as I was sitting on the beach, I was shown the pattern of depression in
a cheerful outgoing 18-month-old child, with information that it would manifest
later in his life.
|
|
|
|
|
|
A while later, as I worked with a client who was holding her grandchild in her lap, I was told
that the grandchild already had patterns of arthritis, which would also likely manifest
later in life.
(As I asked my client if there was any family history of arthritis, she verified
that there was.) |
|
|
|
|
|
Numerous times, the Angels have also shown me patterns of illness (such as cancer,
a heart problem, a systemic illness, a stroke or an accident) sitting in the energy field of a client,
in the future.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Just being aware of these patterns means that we can clear them!
|
|
|
|
|
|
And even without being aware of any specific illness developing in the future, it
is so easy to tune into where the energy is not flowing fully, and to unblock it.
In this way, we can prevent the effects on the physical body, BEFORE symptoms show
up.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Each place we have energy blocked depletes just a little more of our body's energy,
so there's just a little less to put into maintaining health. We don't "all of a
sudden" begin having declining health when we reach our 50's and 60's! Our health
issues have been building and developing for decades! |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
We take our health for granted, until it begins declining... |
|
|
|
|
|
Thus, even for young and healthy people, it both wise, and a tremendous investment
in their futures, to keep their energy fields clear! An energy tune-up a few times
a year can go a long way towards building a healthy, happy life! |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Finding and working with the Energy |
|
|
|
|
For whatever “issue” we put out there, whether it's a specific health issue, or
a life issue such as abundance, a relationship or job, the angels start showing me WHERE
(in your aura or in your cell tissue), you have energy tied up around it. |
|
|
|
|
|
And when we find that energy, believe me, you will KNOW!!! Your “tied up energy”
literally flows through me as I release it. It "expresses" through me, as the angels
help me to transmute it into love. |
|
|
|
|
|
So as we find tied-up energy, my hands will be busily working away wherever the
energy is (sometimes they seem to be just flying…), and my breathing often changes
corresponding to the nature of the energy.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Sometimes the energy being released is intense, and then I start laughing… The laughing
helps me to transmute what’s stuck there — sadness, grief, anger, anxiety, guilt,
fear, and so much more — into love.
|
|
|
|
|
|
And so the sessions are FUN because every time you put a thought or an issue out
there, the “energy responds” and you can literally see or feel what was going.
|
|
|
|
|
|
You’ll see WHERE the energy is being stored (legs, abdomen, head, etc.), and you’ll
have an idea of the NATURE of it (grief, anger, etc), and the INTENSITY (sometimes
small, sometimes deep and sad, other times very intense). |
|
|
|
|
|
The angels might also show me an approximate age or time in your life when a particular
energy pattern began. Some of these are as early as birth or even in utero. |
|
|
|
|
|
SO often, these times correlate to a traumatic event or a time of stress, for example,
a childhood illness, a near-death experience, a divorce, an accident, or the death
of a loved one. |
|
|
|
|
|
When I say the “energy responds”, I simply mean that the guidance that flows through
me changes in response. My hands will be guided to where the focus of the energy
now is, my breathing may change, etc. |
|
|
|
|
|
So for example, you may mention an ex-spouse, talk about some difficult situation
you are facing, or a memory you’re carrying that still hurts... and for each, there
will likely be an immediate change in the focus and nature of how and where I am
working.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Each healing session can focus on any type of issue you like, including specific
health issues… abundance… weight… relationships… children… and pretty much
ANYTHING you want to bring up! |
|
|
|
|
|
...fill your life with LOVE and feel the changes! |
|
|
For everything we find and release, the angels are replacing it with LOVE.
And so, for everything that is released, your aura expands... It literally grows
larger and clearer. By the end of a healing session, the angels tell me that the
clients’ auras are almost always “golden.” |
|
|
|
|
If you are someone who “feels” energy, you will likely feel some very big shifts
during every session. You will feel as if there are many burdens being lifted, and
you will feel so much lighter! |
|
|
|
|
And even if you don’t “feel” energy, you can EXPECT things in your life to begin
flowing more! You can expect your health to start improving… You can expect to start
feeling better, physically, spiritually, and emotionally! |
