Please note that
I am often fully booked several months in advance.
Whether you choose to schedule via phone or via the online system, you can easily
check my availability by using the online calendar (use the "Schedule Now" button,
below). The online calendar will take you to the first available appointment. |

Online Scheduling is the easy and immediate way to schedule! |

...it eliminates the phone and email tag...

...when you email asking about available appointments, we email you available appointment times, and sometimes,
by the time you email back with your preference, that one may already be gone...
So selecting your own dates and times online and booking it immediately bypasses
all of that! |

The best time to call is Monday through Friday between 4:30 and 6:00 pm. Andrea,
my assistant, is usually here during that time and will be happy to schedule appointments
for you. |

To check the online calendar, just use the "Schedule Now" button, then drill down through the choices
on the right-hand side of the page until you get to the calendar. |

If you are flexible on the day and time, please consider scheduling a morning appointment
on a weekday! |
|
|
|
My energy is at its best in the mornings, so I try to schedule most of my sessions
in the mornings and early afternoons.
(Since my energy flow is the key component of sessions,
this makes sense!!!
I no longer offer very many late-afternoon sessions [my 3:15 pm appointment time], as
the sessions are very energy-intensive and I am often exhausted after doing four in a day. ) |

When you are able to schedule a weekday morning appointment, you are also being
considerate of others, as this
leaves the more scarce Saturday and afternoon appointments for those individuals
who really need them, for example, those who do not have the option of choosing
an appointment during the regular work-week, those who live on the west coast
where the 3-hour time difference makes an early morning appointment challenging,
and others who have to work around scheduling challenges. |

Click on the "Schedule Now" button to open the scheduling page. |
|
|
|
On the right-hand side of the page, you will need to select the type of session
you would like (either Phone or In-person). |
|
|
|
Both of these choices bring up exactly the same calendar and options! |
|
|
|
The calendar will take you to the first available day with an appointment. |
|
|
|
Grayed-out days
mean that there are no appointments available on that day,
so scroll through the months until you get to a day that is not grayed out. |
|
|
|
When you click on a day on the calendar, the available times for that day are displayed
below the calendar. |
|
|
|
When you find a day and a time you like, click on the time for the selected day. |
|
|
|
On the next screen, click on the "Book It Now!" button.
(If you click on "Edit reservation details", you'll just be taken back to the calendar
page to select another date and time.) |
|
|
|
When you click on the "Book It Now!" button, you will be prompted to log in, if
you're not already logged in, or to create a login, if you don't already have one. |
|
|
|
When you are done, you will receive a confirmation email. (If you don't, and you
didn't get to a confirmation message, then you may want to re-try... if you were
not successful, the date and time you selected will likely still be available.) |
|
|
|
When you are done, you can click on the "My Appointments" link at the top of the
page, and you will see all of your appointments listed! |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
The appointment system will send you a reminder email a few days before your appointment. |

Why Online Scheduling Software? |
|
|
I decided I needed to go this route because I was burning out!
(This was also my
motivation for hiring Andrea to assist me for a few hours each day!) |
|
|
Much as I loved talking with new clients on the phone as they called to make appointments,
and much as I enjoyed exchanging emails back and forth with clients in the process
of setting appointment dates, I was spending so much time doing this that all of
my free time was practically gone, and I found myself working 14-hour days, pretty
much 7 days a week, just trying to keep up with everything! |

|
That level of busy-ness is not good for anyone, and I was burning out, and my body
was also not doing well with the stress. |
|
|
And for me in particular, I "grow" (and my healing work ALWAYS reflects this growth!)
the most when I have time each day to do healing work on myself, and time to be
in touch with the Angels, receiving information... I was had lost this time in being so busy... |
|
|
So here we are! I think this online scheduling software will be helpful for everyone! |
